$175 / 50 minute individual session

I currently have sliding scale spots available for those who cannot afford my full fee.

The scale ranges from $120 - $170 / 50 minute session.

To help determine where you fall on the sliding scale, I am borrowing the work of Alexis J. Cunningfolk

(For more context, the link to the full blog post is here)

Top of the Scale:

  • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

  • I own my home or property OR I rent a higher-end property

  • I own or lease a car

  • I am employed or do not need to work to meet my needs

  • I have regular access to health care

  • I have access to financial savings

  • I have an expendable** income

  • I can always buy new items

  • I can afford an annual vacation or take time off

Middle of the Scale:

  • I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them

  • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

  • I own or lease a car

  • I am employed

  • I have access to health care

  • I might have access to financial savings

  • I have some expendable income

  • I am able to buy some new items & I thrift others

  • I can take a vacation annually or every few years without financial burden

Bottom of the Scale:

  • I frequently stress about meeting basic needs & don’t always achieve them

  • I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting my basic needs

  • I rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing

  • I do not have a car and/or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford gas

  • I am unemployed or underemployed

  • I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them

* Basic Needs include food, housing, health care, and transportation.
** Expendable Income might mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the movies or a concert, buy new clothes, books, and similar items each month, etc.

If the lowest price on this scale is still out of reach for you, here are some other resources I recommend:

 CIIS Therapy Clinics

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective

Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center

Liberation Institute

Scheduling

I see clients from 10 AM to 6 PM PDT, Monday - Friday. All sessions are conducted via encrypted video, with clients anywhere in California or Michigan. I'll let you know about open slots during our initial consultation to ensure our schedules align.

I strongly recommend all clients begin with weekly sessions for fastest results, with the option to reduce to every other week if and when this feels appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.

Insurance

I am not a member of any insurance panels; however, I can send a monthly superbill as an out of network provider. If you are interested in going this route, we can discuss during your initial consultation.

Payment is due at time of service regardless of insurance reimbursement.
